9 November 2013 - The BluesBones, Stevie Nimmo Trio, King King - Mol (Belgium)

“To all of our friends and followers!

Due to the extensive amount of touring and traveling that we have been doing over the last year or so, I have developed polyps on my vocal chords and unfortunately I will need to have a small operation to fix the problem.
This will however require a two month recovery period so that I am able to rehabilitate my voice and get back to match fitness. So it is with great regret that we will be cancelling all shows for the months of August and September. Just to keep everyone in the loop, all shows from now through to the end of July will go ahead as normal, including the recording and filming of our live CD/DVD in April as well as our special headline tour in May with our good friend Dan Patlansky. Then we’ll move on to Europe as well as the UK for June and July festivals with our final show before my surgery being at the Rambling Man Fair in Kent.

We really appreciate the support you have shown us this far and we promise to keep on giving you 110% as always, now and in the future! It’s thanks to YOU that me and my outstanding teammates in King King are living our dream… And we plan to keep it that way for a very long time! Onwards and upwards people!

All the best, Alan Nimmo!
