Buddy Guy, Derek Trucks, Ivan Neville, John Scofield, Susan Tedeschi, Warren Haynes and More to Play B.B. King Tribute at The Capitol Theatre.
On Feb. 16 and 17, Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre will host the star-studded event, ‘The Thrill is Gone: A Tribute To B.B. King.’
Featured performers include living legends like Buddy Guy and Steve Cropper, as well as students and longtime admirers of King, like Derek Trucks, Ivan Neville, Robert Randolph, Susan Tedeschi and Warren Haynes. And while the venue notes that the daily lineups will vary, each evening is sure to be a heartfelt tribute to the late blues legend.
“I’m very excited to partner with my dear friend Peter Shapiro to bring together a world-class lineup of artists for two incredible nights of music honoring B.B. King at The Capitol Theatre,” said Keith Wortman of Blackbird Presents.
