Het is hoogst onzeker of het grootste gratis bluesfestival van Nederland, Ribs & Blues in Raalte, doorgaat dit jaar. De organisatie verwacht geen honderd procent garantie te kunnen geven voor de veiligheid en gezondheid tijdens het evenement dat eind mei gepland staat.
