Mojo Buford - Mojo Workin'

A lost studio recording from a legendary blues man! Bluesman George “Mojo” Buford started blowing the harmonica in his teens, eventually linking up to tour with fellow Mississippian Muddy Waters. Adopting his nickname from ravenous crowds requesting Muddy’s “Got My Mojo Working,” Buford gained the attention of some gifted young rockers (including lead guitarist of The Trashmen!), who steered him into the studio for three smokin’ ‘69 sessions–the results of which we’re finally hearing for the first time!

Bob Dylan - Rough And Rowdy Ways

Bob Dylan will release his first album of original songs in eight years, Rough and Rowdy Ways, on June 19th. Dylan dropped a third song from the album, the swaggering, guitar-heavy “False Prophet,” which follows “Murder Most Foul” and “I Contain Multitudes.”

Volgens Amos heeft de muziek momenteel een diepere betekenis gekregen door alles wat er momenteel gebeurt in de wereld. “Maar ik moet bekennen dat voor mijzelf de muziek pas echt tot leven komt wanneer het wordt gedeeld zoals we dat gewend zijn. Muzikanten moeten het live spelen en ik ben nu al aan het aftellen tot het moment dat we het weer face-to-face kunnen uitvoeren.”
